What is CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET?

AxTools CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET is an add-in for Microsoft Visual Studio that provides a rich set of tools and utilities extending and enhancing the development environment, mainly focused on gaining productivity throughout the entire application development process.
