CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET System Requirements
Applies to: Visual Studio .NET 2002, Visual Studio .NET 2003, Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio 2008

The system requirements for CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET are:

  1. A partition on a hard disk drive with approximately 36MB of available free space for a complete installation, including documentation files. Additional 5MB of disk space may be required on the System partition (where the Windows\System32 folder resides).
  2. 256MB of memory is the minimal requirement. For a good performance we recommend to have at least 512MB installed on your machine.
  3. A processor that can offer at least a power comparable with a Pentium II-class processor, 450 MHz is the minimal requirement. For a good performance we recommend to have a processor that can offer at least a power comparable with a Pentium 4-class, 1.6GHz.
  4. Microsoft Visual Studio. CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET supports versions 7.0 (aka VS.NET 2002), 7.1 (aka VS.NET 2003), 8.0 (aka VS 2005) and 9.0 (aka VS 2008) of Visual Studio.

 Note

  • Some of these requirements are based on the Visual Studio minimal system recommendations. Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows ME are not supported.
