The Find References Pane

The Find References pane hosts the output generated by the last Find References operation. The displayed information is similar to the one in the Find in Files panes. You can display the Find References window from the Results popup menu on the Navigation and IDE Tools CodeSMART toolbar.

Find References Pane
The matches are displayed in a grid together with the information required to locate them in code. Double-clicking a reference match in the Find References window automatically takes you to the appropriate file and line that contains the reference. A symbol appears in the flag column of the grid, marking the already visited lines.

 Note

  • The results list can be refreshed, cleared, printed, exported and the pane view can be customized all using the pane's shortcut menu commands.
